CRAN-BLUEBERRY KALE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened flax milk

1-2 scoops protein powder
-
1 tsp raw organic coconut butter
-
½ tbsp almond butter
-
2 cup kale, roughly chopped
-
1 cup organic berries (suggestion: ½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries + ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries)
DIRECTIONS

Put ingredients in a blender in the order listed.

Blend on very low speed to start, gradually working up to high speed until well-blended.

Serve immediately for best results.
Makes 1 Serving
TIPS

Protein powders include pea or hemp.

Use frozen berries or add ice to make smoothie cold and of desired thickness.
